Taha Hinengaro
Taha Hinengaro is our mental and emotional well-being. It relates to how we feel about ourselves, our feelings and how we understand what they mean and how we handle them.
During lockdown I have been feeling bored and annoyed because I can't go to school and play with friends. I have also felt happy from spending time with my family.
Ways I can improve my mental health and feel better about myself are breathing, telling myself "water off a duck's back" , "don't sweat the small stuff", going for a beach walk and going for a bike ride.
Poetry
< Walt use interesting vocabulary and the correct language feature in our poetry follow the specific structure of two types of poem. write to entertain.
