Use Descriptive Writing

WALT use descriptive  words and language to make our writing more intriguing.

We did this piece of writing to  practise using descriptive words and language.

The shiny zebra is is sleepy as a sloth.

The fat and shiny elephant is eating as noisily as a traffic jam.

The lime green grass Hi-5ed me as I was walking through the Mysterious jungle.

The zany zebra zoomed and is as stripy as a tiger.

Tow things I think I did were putting it on my blog and put it in the picture on it. I wish I did put my spelling better.

We wrote biographies because we are learning about our families.
We wrote biographies to tell other people about someone special in the family.

Debbie Barbara Franks is my nana and my mum's mum.

Debbie Barbara Franks was born in  palmerston north on the 24th of July.

Debbie Barbara Franks is 56 year old.

Debbie Barbara Franks first school was Johnsonville main in Wellington

Debbie Barbara Franks used to get car sickness when holidaying in the south island,before going up Franz Josegh Glacier Her mum gave her a pill to take for her travel sickness. whole pint of milk and still didn't swallow the pill.

Debbie Barbara Franks first job was a laundry assistant.

Dab Barbara Franks  favourite was roast vegetables and roast meat.

 Debbie  Barbara Frank's decided to jump over a wet concrete path that her dad just  bottom from her dad her brother decided to dear her to jump over.

 Debbie Barbara Franks Poe holidays, to go to the hot pools.

And grandad were dating, nana had a toy poodle and it didn't like grandad and it would bark and growl  not allowing Grandad to get to nana.

We have been learning to tell stories though animations in Slides.
We have been learning to record using Screencastify.

we created this because we wanted to be able to share and save the special story's from our family's.





 Two things I did well was talking on Screencastify and the slides.

Next time I would like to do is not rush.

My Family Publishing

WALT organise our ideas in our writing into basic paragraphs so that we are only talking about one thing or person at a time.

My family I have 4 people in my family, and mum my dad oh and my uncle and my nana and me Anthony My mum is called Melanie. My mum is lovely because she gives me yummy food at home. My Mum is busy because she has to work with some silly people there. My mum is 34 years old, her birthday is on May the 1st. My dad is called Leo. My dad is a gamer. He plays Fortnite, It's where you shoot people in the game. My dad goes to the gym and body builds his muscles .He can lift 190kg at the gym. My dad is forty years old ,his birthday is on December the 23rd. My uncle is called Wayne. He is a builder. He has to work all day.My uncle is lucky because he gets a lot of money He has $ 1070 NZ dollars in his Bank. My uncle’s birthday is the 19th of July. My nana is called Debbie. My nana has a lot of money she has $761 in her bank. My nans is a busy worker. My nan is sweet because she gives me nice food. My nana is 56 years old and her birthday is July 24th. I love my family. Reflection: I did really well with my key words and information. My wish is that next time I will put my family in order.
