WALT increase our knowledge of the Rugby World Cup

We created this because the World Cup was on.
We created this by answering questions which we found the information for on our class site.  We put the answers onto puzzle pieces, coloured them in, cut them out and then glued them onto black paper to make a rugby ball shaped puzzle.


Reflection: I did good at my RWC poster and I wish I could do my colouring better.

Find The Area Of A Shape

WALT find the area of a shape in square centimetres.

We explored shapes by covering them with square centimetre Cubed and dancing how many cubes to look to cover the shapes.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                We then drew shapes on grid paper and counted how many squares our shapes covered.

fairy tales in Te Reo maori

WALT retail fairy tales and Te Reo Maori.

WALT make a movie using iMovie.

We created this to help celebrate Te wiki o Te Reo Maori. (Maori language week)

We created this by taking a video of the little puppets moving.  Then we took off any background noise and recorded our voices saying the Te Reo Maori for the fairy tale. We then added titles to show the English translation and who made the video.

My 2 stars in a wish are the words and the video and how its not that clear.I wish I was more clearer.

why should we plant trees

WALT explanations have special parts

If we don't have trees we will die.I will explain why we need trees.

Trees take carbon dioxide away from the oxygen.so that we can to breathe so that we can survive with air.

Trees give us wood to build houses for shelter.

Trees give us food to eat so you don't  starve it gives animals food to.

My reflection is doing my brainstorm and the words. My wish is i did better.
