WALT use conjunctions to create complex sentences
We created this to show the complex sentences we worked on with our body and to show off our favourite one.
This is my favourite sentence because it was silly
"Nau Mai haere mai -I am in a Year 5 and 6 class called Kotuku at Mangonui School and my teacher is Miss van der Voort. Welcome to my reflective blog. Please remember I am learning to write my ideas clearly for an audience. There may be mistakes but I look forward to your helpful, thoughtful and kind comments."

Use Descriptive Writing
WALT use descriptive words and language to make our writing more intriguing.
We did this piece of writing to practise using descriptive words and language.
The shiny zebra is is sleepy as a sloth.
The fat and shiny elephant is eating as noisily as a traffic jam.
The lime green grass Hi-5ed me as I was walking through the Mysterious jungle.
The zany zebra zoomed and is as stripy as a tiger.

Tow things I think I did were putting it on my blog and put it in the picture on it. I wish I did put my spelling better.
